Registration

Age Verification. Coaches MUST CHECK-IN at least 30 minutes prior to their first game and if there are any age challenges BEFORE a game then age verification will need to be presented. (2 players max)

• Players cannot play for more than one team in the same age division
• Payments due no later than one week prior to event
• We reserve the right to combine 2 age groups if necessary

Tournament Rules

Game Rules

• Time Rules:
  • 9u-12u: Two 14 minutes halves stop clock
  • 13u-Varsity: Two 16 minutes halves stop clock
  • The clock will run when a team is winning by 20+ points
• Warm-up time = 2 minutes 
  • All teams must be ready to play no later than 10 minutes prior to their game time. If the court is available Locked In can begin games 5 minutes prior to posted times.
• Overtime: 2 minutes
  • Double OT first team to score.
• Mercy Rule: If a team is up by 20+ points with under 2 minutes left to play the game will be ended.
• Timeouts: Each team receives 3 Full Timeouts per game.
• Foul Count:
  • 6 fouls = player disqualification
  • 10 team fouls = 1 & 1 (No two shot fouls unless in act of shooting regardless of number of team fouls)
• Technical Fouls / Flagrant Fouls
  • Two Technical Fouls = Ejection for remainder of the game (Coach or Player)
  • Flagrant Fouls = 2 shots and ball
  • Fighting = technical foul and removal from remainder of tournament
